Pondus wing
Suitable against 6-0 defense
The attack starts as CB passes to RB, who
receives the ball while running forward.
Now a RB/LB-cross is performed.
LB then passes the ball to RW, who immediately sends the ball to CB.
CB performs a piston movement to the right, and at the same LW is running in
between the defending back L2 and the screening CR.
LW receives the ball from
CB and shoots.
Remember to train the system to the other side as well.
