A form of defense, which can be effective against a team with skilled long shooters. The 2 front players are covering by or inside the free-throw line and they must work well together. One player always covers right in front of the ball/shooter and the other by the side player and then they move to the side following the direction of the passing and change player. They must be skilled in backing up to the inside against the goal circle, if a player tries to break through. The 2 players behind cover the circle runner and must try to cover players who are breaking through.
