The wing passes the ball to the goalkeeper and runs forward.
The goalkeeper immediately returns the ball. In the other end the defending player moves forward in order to top the wing.
The ball is passed to one of the helpers and the wing runs behind the defenders, receives the ball and shoots.
Then the fast break starts on the other side.
