Suitable against 5-1 defense

The ball starts with RW.
RW passes to RB, who runs against the defending R2.
The ball is passed to CB, who runs to the right.
After the pass RB continues the run and puts a screening on the defending R2.
CB sends the ball to LB, who presses inwards.
At the same time the CR puts a screening on the defending L2.
LB is now able to shoot or pass to CR, who then shoots.
