The 3-step approach is used when shooting or during the piston movements.
The ball is received - if right handed - with the right foot in
front. Then the player steps forward left, right and at last left
and the shot or pass is taken. When the right foot is put forward,
it is placed outward, forcing the body to turn sideways to the direction
of the shot. The last step is straightforward. The rhythm on
the steps is: ooone - two - three.
