ABOUT ATTACK SYSTEMS |
All the shown exercises in this section are attack systems.
They all have a name. Whether it is the original name or not I am not sure.
I have used that name I have read about or heard on the court.
One thing
is certain. It is not a good idea to call out loud for an East German or Russian
or another well known attack system. Most teams know those ones and can prepare
for the attack. Many clubs use another name instead and have agreed with the players,
that if the coach calls for a Berlin that means they must perform an East German
attack.
I have however with success agreed with my team to call for an East
German, which however was agreed to be another attack system. The defense prepared
for the East German and was quite surprised, when another system was put in action.
